Community First Responders and NSW Ambulance work to save man following drowning in Double Bay

A 30-year-old man has been rescued from a backyard pool in Double Bay this afternoon after he was found unresponsive.
CPR was commenced by those who found him and local community first responders were alerted by NSW Ambulance via the GoodSam emergency response system.
Multiple paramedics arrived to treat the man prior to transporting him to hospital with the support of NSW Police Highway Patrol.
It's understood the man was exercising and suffered a medical episode. He was transported in a critical condition.
