Three heroes take down offender after woman stabbed in Randwick
Three men have taken down an alleged offender who is understood to have stabbed a woman this afternoon in Randwick.
At 4.30pm today Police and Ambulance responded to triple zero calls to reports of a woman who was stabbed on Roberts Ave in Randwick.
A tradie who was driving past saw two other men running after a man following the alleged attack.
A local tradie called Tom from "Detector Inspector" fire alarm inspectors worked with the other two men to take down the offender outside a shop on Frenchmans Rd. A citizen arrest was performed and the man held until police arrival.
A woman was treated by intensive care paramedics prior to being taken to hospital for treatment. She is understood to be in a stable condition with facial injuries.
Police has established two crime scenes and investigating.
