Two buses collide after crash in Kensington

Two government buses have collided in a crash on Anzac Parade, Kensington late this afternoon.

Five patients were treated on scene by NSW Ambulance and three were transported to hospital.

A woman in her late forties who was believed to be standing at the time of the impact has been transported in a serious but stable condition with a deep laceration to her head.

A bus driver has sustained lower limb injuries and was transported to Prince of Wales Hospital.

The incident is being investigated by NSW Police.

Light Rail services have been suspended and traffic diversions are in place whilst an investigation is underway.
