Police search for two men after armed robbery in Bondi Junction
Police are seeking assistance after an armed robbery in Sydney’s East yesterday. Just before 3am (Wednesday 17 June 2020).
Two men entered a convenience store on Oxford Street at Bondi Junction and threatened the attendant with weapons.
The men left the store with cash and fled east along Oxford Street. The male attendant was not injured.
Officers attached to the Eastern Suburbs Police Area Command attended and established a crime scene. As inquiries continue, detectives have released CCTV of two men who might be able to assist them with their inquiries.
The men depicted both described as being of Caucasian appearance, aged 18-20, around 170cm tall and of thin build. Police have been told one of the men has blue eyes.
Both are shown wearing black hooded jumpers with scarves covering their faces. Investigations continue.
